How to Log in to Stockity
To sign in to Stockity, open the official site or app, click Log in, then enter the email and password you registered with. If you signed up with Google, use the Google sign-in button. Once successful, you're taken straight to the trading dashboard.
If you can't log in, the cause is often minor — password case, internet connection, browser cache, or the wrong email. Follow the steps below, then see troubleshooting for specific issues.
For account safety, never enter your Stockity password on any third-party site (including this one). We only provide guidance; the actual login happens on Stockity's official property. Enable extra authentication where available and use a unique password.
Watch out for fake login pages (phishing). Make sure you're on the official address before typing credentials, avoid clicking login links from suspicious emails or chats, and never share your verification code with anyone. On a shared device, log out when done and avoid saving your password in a public browser.

Open Stockity
Go to the official Stockity site/app and press Log in at the top right.

Enter credentials
Type your email and password. Check Caps Lock, hidden spaces, and that the email matches your registration.

Verify if asked
Complete any verification (e.g. a code sent to your email), then you reach your dashboard.

Confirm access
After signing in you see your balance and charts. If bounced back to login, retry on a different network/browser.
Can't log in? Fixes
- Forgot password
- Click "Forgot password", enter your registered email, and follow the reset link. Check Spam if it doesn't arrive.
- Wrong email/password repeatedly
- Use the same email you registered with. Type manually (not autofill) and check Caps Lock. If you used Google, use the Google button.
- Page won't load / error
- Clear cache, try another browser or app, or a different network (e.g. mobile data). See platform status above.
- Verification code not arriving
- Wait 1–2 minutes, check Spam/Promotions, or resend. Ensure the email is correct and the inbox isn't full.
- Account locked after failed attempts
- Wait a while before retrying, or reset your password. If still locked, contact Stockity's official support.
